Small business websites · Seychelles
Websites and booking systems for small businesses in Seychelles.
We build fast, professional websites and simple booking systems that help local businesses get found, take bookings, and manage their day-to-day operations with less hassle.
The form takes about five minutes, and the person who gets back to you will be one of the people doing the work.
The usual reasons
Why people usually get in touch
Almost every enquiry we receive comes down to one of these three, and none of them are unusual.
The website is not bringing anything in
It looks dated, it is slow to open on a phone, or it does not appear when someone searches for the sort of work you do. You suspect it is costing you enquiries, but there is no real way of knowing how many.
Bookings arrive from everywhere at once
Some come by WhatsApp, some by email and some by phone, and keeping track of who has paid a deposit has gradually turned into evening work.
Too much is going to the booking sites
Guests who already know you still book through an agent that takes fifteen to twenty-five per cent, simply because there is no easy way to book with you directly.
All three are fixable, and usually in less time and for less money than people expect.

What should change once it is live
These are the things a well-built site ought to do for a small business, and what we hold our own work to.
Enquiries arrive better informed
People can read your prices and look through your work before they get in touch, so the conversation starts further along than it used to.
Bookings come straight to you
Guests can see what is free and pay a deposit themselves, and the booking lands with you rather than with an agent.
You can change things yourself
Updating a price, adding a service or swapping a photograph takes a minute and does not involve emailing anybody.
Services
What we build
Most of our clients are owner-run businesses and small teams. Some come to us because the website has stopped earning its keep, and others because the bookings have outgrown the notebook they started in.
Websites
A site that opens quickly on a phone, appears on Google when somebody searches for the work you do, and that you can keep up to date yourself without having to call anybody.
- Up to five pages that you can edit yourself
- Simple bookings or appointment requests
- Enquiry forms that arrive reliably in your inbox
- Live in
- Under 3 weeks
Online shops and booking systems
Taking payments or reservations online. If an off-the-shelf platform would do the job for a small monthly fee, we will say so rather than quote you for something custom.
- Card payments, including for guests booking from overseas
- Live availability and deposits taken at the time of booking
- Stock and delivery set up the way you actually work
- Live in
- About 2 months
Team tools and mobile apps
Job sheets, quoting, scheduling and customer records, or an app for your customers or staff. We build the smallest version that solves the problem first, and add to it once you have lived with it for a while.
- Customer or staff accounts
- Connected to the software you already pay for
- Everything can be exported to a spreadsheet whenever you want it
- Live in
- From 3 months
Client feedback
What clients say
Last high season we were still taking most of our bookings through the agencies. This year about half of our guests booked with us directly, and the ones who come back every year now just use the link we send them. The difference in commission alone has been noticeable.
We wanted the boat full on weekdays as well as weekends. Guests can now see the free spaces and book a dive the evening before, and most weeks we get there.
Our sales team used to write every quote by hand and check stock by phone. Now they see what is in the yard and send a quote from the counter in minutes, so fewer orders slip away.
Pricing
What it costs
These are the prices our work falls into. When we reply you will get a single figure rather than a range, and if we do not think we are the right people for the job we will tell you so.
| What you need | Price | Live in |
|---|---|---|
| A personal or small business websiteUp to five pages, simple bookings or appointments, and yours to edit | SCR 5,000 – 10,000 | Under 3 weeks |
| An online shop or booking systemCard payments, live availability and deposits, including for overseas guests | Under SCR 19,000 | About 2 months |
| A tool your team logs into, or a mobile appCustomer or staff accounts, connected to your other software, and built in stages | From SCR 20,000 | From 3 months |
A few things move the price: how many pages there are, whether it needs to take payments or hold customer accounts, how many other systems it has to connect to, and how ready your text and photographs are. If you have a firm limit, tell us in the form, because we would rather suggest something that fits the budget than send you a price you cannot use.
Process
How a project runs
It is the same five stages every time, so you always know where things are and what is owed.
- About 5 minutes
You send us the details
Using the form at the bottom of this page. Fill in what you know and leave the rest, since there are no wrong answers and it does not commit you to anything.
- Within 1 working day
We come back to you
Usually with a price in writing, or with a couple of questions first if we need them. If we do not think we are the right people for it, we will say so then rather than later.
- In your own time
You agree the price
You get a clear list of what is included and what is not. Take as long as you need with it, and nothing is built until you have agreed to it.
- 3 weeks to 3 months
We build it in stages
You get a working link to click through as it comes together, so nothing is a surprise at the end and small corrections stay small.
- From launch day
We launch it and stay on hand
We put it live, hand over every password in writing, and show you how to change things yourself. Anything that does not work as agreed in the first thirty days, we put right.
FAQ
Common questions
These are the ones that come up most often, so they may as well be answered here.
I am not sure what I need yet. Is it too early to get in touch?
Not at all, and it is how a good number of projects begin. Plenty of people get in touch able to say only that the site feels dated, or that bookings are getting away from them. Tell us what is going wrong and we will work the rest out together. If something small and inexpensive would solve it, we will tell you that instead.
Why does it cost less than I expected?
Because most small businesses do not need a large build. We start with the smallest thing that solves the problem, and we tell you the price before we begin rather than after. If what you need falls outside the prices on this page, we will say so when we reply.
Do I own it once it is finished?
Yes. The domain, the code and every account are registered in your name, and you are given all of the logins in writing when we hand over.
If you ever decide to work with somebody else, everything comes with you and none of it has to be rebuilt.
Who will actually be doing the work?
Elastek Labs is principal-led, so the person you first hear from is one of the people who will build it, and they stay with it through to launch.
What happens if the price goes up part way through?
The only thing that changes the price is you asking for something that was not in what we agreed. If that happens we will price it in writing and wait for you to approve it before any of it is built.
If we have underestimated something that was already agreed, that is ours to absorb rather than yours to pay for.
Can you take over a site that somebody else built?
Often, yes. Mention the address in the form and we will have a look at it before we reply. Occasionally rebuilding works out cheaper than repairing, and where that is the case we will show you the figures for both and let you decide.
Do I need my text and photographs ready first?
No. If you would rather not write it yourself, tick "Words written for me" in the form and we will include it in the price. Otherwise we will tell you exactly what we need and when, so it does not hold anything up.
