Privacy Policy

Effective 1 January 2025. Last updated May 2026.

When you contact us via the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you apply for a role, we also collect any information you choose to include in your application. We do not collect data from visitors who simply browse the site — no cookies beyond what Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights set automatically, and no tracking pixels.

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry or application. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site (Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, Sanity for content management) — these providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

Enquiry emails are retained in our inbox for up to 24 months and then deleted. If you would like your data removed sooner, email us at hello@elastek.io with the subject "Data removal request" and we will action it within 14 days.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage. These tools do not set persistent cookies and do not track individuals across sites. No personally identifiable information is stored in our analytics data.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact hello@elastek.io. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
