There are no junior-senior relay chains here. The engineer you hire is the engineer who ships. Ownership is total; so is the standard.

We treat ADRs, runbooks, and handover docs as first-class work products. Undocumented systems are unfinished systems.

We phase every engagement. Assessment before architecture. Architecture before build. No shortcuts that create technical debt for the client.
