No. Some of the best engagements we've worked on started with "we know something is wrong but we're not sure what." Bring a rough idea and we'll help shape it. If you already have a detailed spec, that's useful too.

Web applications and platforms, mobile applications, IoT and connected systems, and workflow automation for enterprise clients. The common thread is complexity: systems that require careful architecture, good documentation, and a structured handover. We're not a good fit for simple brochure sites or very early-stage MVPs.

Engagements start with a two-week Assessment phase. Beyond that, scope depends on the work. A focused workflow automation project might be 6–8 weeks end to end. A full platform build is typically 4–6 months. We scope every engagement individually before any commitment.

If there's a potential fit, we'll propose an Assessment engagement. The Assessment is a fixed-scope, fixed-cost phase that produces a technical audit report. You own that report and can take it anywhere. Most clients continue to the Architecture phase, but there's no obligation.
