The Cancer Concern Association of Seychelles is the country's leading cancer advocacy organisation. When they came to us, their digital presence had fallen behind their mission — static pages, no donation infrastructure, and a membership process that ran entirely offline.
We ran a full engagement across all four phases: discovery to map the friction points and define what the platform needed to do before anything was designed, then architecture before a line of production code was written. The brief was clear — build something the CCAS team can own and operate without depending on developers for day-to-day changes.
The outcome is a content-managed web platform with structured donation flows, a complete membership journey, and a public health content system built for longevity. Performance, accessibility, and clean handoff were non-negotiable requirements from the start.
